Content Delivery Deadline: Once you receive the product, please deliver your content within 7 business days. If the brand requests revisions, aim to complete them within 3 business days. If you anticipate delays, reach out to the brand as early as possible to discuss a potential extension.
Brand Approval Timeline: After you submit your content, brands are expected to review and approve it within 5 business days. If you haven’t received a response within this timeframe, feel free to contact Vidovo support, and we’ll assist in following up.
Following these guidelines helps ensure a smooth workflow and builds trust between creators and brands. While we don’t currently have an on-time delivery rating system, we encourage all creators to stick to deadlines as closely as possible. Vidovo is also working on automating parts of this process to make it easier for everyone to stay on track.
